  • As someone who had to search for a therapist myself, I understand that it’s a hard process. I felt so confused and lost.

I didn’t have insurance, and I definitely didn’t have the money to pay out of pocket.

That chapter of my story fires my passion for providing care within reach. Everyone should be able to have someone they can talk to!

Mental health care should be accessible, affordable, and without any worry!

    • To keep Hope in Me Therapy focused on accessible client care, we do not take insurance.

    • Insurance companies are focused on requiring mandates to prove that therapy is “working.” Along with that, coverage can change or stop without warning, which can interrupt the important work we’re doing together.

    • I believe that we should collaborate on a plan that truly matters to YOU and not what an insurance company says is best

  • All payments will be processed using electronic payments at the time of our session. A debit/credit card is required on file for everyone.

  • Nope! I understand that things happen in life where you have to cancel an appointment.
That said, to keep scheduling fair and accessible for all clients, if there are three missed sessions without notice, we’ll pause and reassess your scheduling needs.

Any other questions?

I’m ready to help!!

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy will cost. There is a law that health care providers need to give patients an estimate of the bill for medical services

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can ask your provider for one before you schedule!

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute that bill.

  • Make sure you save a copy or a picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
