My approach is sunny, inclusive, and grounded in trauma-informed, strength-based care. I’m especially affirming for LGBTQIA+ folks and people of color, they are always welcome. I work with individuals, couples, families, and kids ages 6 and up, including teens, young adults, and older adults. I believe I handle life’s challenges with compassion and support!
Together, we can work to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to live the life you deserve!
